Jimmy Ogle has always been a learner-driven entrepreneur. Having owned his own companies since he was 23, Jimmy has a wealth of entrepreneurial wisdom. For the last seven years, he has been a real estate investor in both Oklahoma and Los Angeles, California. Having had much success, he is now part of an elite national real estate mastermind where the top investors from around the United States gather to discuss real estate trends, markets, and financial planning.

Jimmy’s time outside of the office is spent surrounded by his family. The Ogle 5 play as a core foundation in his life and act as an outlet when he isn’t working on a deal. Jimmy and his wife, Brooke, walk with 3 amazing kids beside them. Most evenings and weekends are spent outside in the garden or around the table feeding into creation and curiosity.

Rick Austin

Chief Operations Officer

I’m Rick and I am currently Chief Operations Officer. That’s a fancy word for I run the day-to-day operations. I help solve issues with titles and help clients overcome obstacles to sell their homes. I create processes that streamline real estate transactions and make life easy for them.

3 years ago when I was approached about joining the team, I jumped at the opportunity to work with Jimmy Ogle. His mindset is amazing. His core values were in line with mine. (Integrity, Hardworking, Respect, and Grateful.) He also invested in training me from the bottom of the company to where I am now. I love coming to work and help to solve people’s problems that they thought no one else could solve or no one would help. Every day is exciting and you never know what you are going to deal with. It has also been fun helping build the best team in the industry. It’s amazing seeing our team being recognized as a national leader and I enjoy seeing the success that they are creating. I used to dread going to work and now I can’t wait to get back.

I have 11 years of real estate industry experience. I have worked with builders, building homes from the ground up to listing, and selling homes on the retail market. I have 2 amazing kids and a wife of 26 years. We enjoy anything outdoors when we have free time. Our new joy is spending time with our grand-pup.

I’m always working to make everyone happy and make and the process as easy as possible.

Joe Jones

Disposition Manager

Hey there, I am Joe! I am the dispositions manager here at Ogle Property Solutions. I am from Shreveport, Louisiana, and have always been around real estate as my father was a lumber and building materials salesman as I was growing up. After going to The University of Kansas I found a job at Builders First Source as door and window production manager. After 5 years, I moved to Dallas, TX to build high-end homes and started a Hardwood flooring business! During Covid business was affected and I have found myself in another aspect of real estate! I am an easy-going but very motivated person that strives to make everyone as comfortable as possible whatever the situation. I hope to help as much as possible with whatever your situation may be!
I like to travel as much as I can. I love new places and their history. I also enjoy cooking, I have really taken on cooking in the past few years.

Jessi Byars

Acquisitions Specialist

Hi! I’m Jessi!

I am an Acquisitions Specialist for Ogle Property Solutions. I spend my days helping amazing people across the state find the best selling process for their properties and specific situations. I thoroughly enjoy talking to people and getting to know them and doing everything I can to help make the selling process as easy and comfortable as possible. It’s not just about getting a sale in my book, it’s about finding out how I can listen and see how I can help the people that come to us. That’s what really puts a smile on my face!
Prior to joining the Ogle Property team, I spent 12 years in the oil & gas industry using my Master’s degrees as a Senior Project Manager working with landowners. While in this role, I was out in the field meeting with landowners to help them find the perfect price for their land and helped them understand the process of the industry. Creating relationships with those landowners helped my success in the industry and the skills and experiences I had in those 12 years have been extremely helpful in my role at Ogle Property. Communication is key to any great business relationship so it’s probably a good thing I love to chat with people 😊

Developing relationships, networking, meeting new people, and continuing my education in new and growing fields are things that are very important to me.

When I’m “off the clock”, you’re likely to find me out in OKC or surrounding suburbs creating specialty snow cones in my food truck Loaded Snow OKC, hanging with my two rescue dogs (Dragon Tornado & Penguin Storm), spending time with friends and family and traveling as much as I can. As an OKC native, I also spend my free time exploring the rapidly growing city and trying out new restaurants.
